She was able to answer detailed questions about both local (Annapolis) demographics and market trends with up to date statistics on the spot and she didn't stop there. Bonnie was willing and able to guide me through every turn of what turned out to be a difficult selling process (bad luck, a difficult buyer, a slow buying agent and an unorganized lender were all to blame). Bonnie was willing to help with minute details such as helping me furnish my front patio. Her online marketing presence is top notch, going beyond just simply posting my house on the various real estate apps. I mentioned her guidence above and she truly guides not insist or dictate. She listened to and considered my opinion and truly fostered the feeling of a partnership. Ultimately I got exactly what I asked for (I went high with my asking price). I very highly recommend working with Bonnie and her team. When she came to the house to view it before listing, she did a thorough walk-through and asked a lot of helpful and germane questions related to our expectations for selling the house. She then presented us with recommendations on a strategy for selling the house, including pricing, open houses, marketing avenues and other considerations. After deciding on a marketing plan, the house was listed using numerous, excellent tools available in the market today. Did she get results? You bet! How about a full price offer within 12 hours! We closed 4 weeks later. I was, and still am, utterly floored. I enjoy telling the story to friends and family, as everything went so smoothly. Bonnie took care of many details to make what most consider to be a very stressful life event a predictable and smooth transition. We enjoyed working with her so much that she represented on the purchase of our new home.
